Zero Parades: For Dead Spies - A game by ZA/UM

We partnered closely with the Animation team on Zero Parades: For Dead Spies, providing a dedicated team of experienced animators to deliver high-quality character animation throughout the project.

Working alongside the game's Lead Animator, our team was responsible for animating and refining a large volume of motion capture data across gameplay characters and cutscenes. From motion capture cleanup to polished final animations, we helped ensure consistent, high-quality performances that complemented the game's striking visual style.

To support production at scale, we also developed bespoke pipeline tools that streamlined animation workflows, improved delivery efficiency, and helped keep collaboration smooth between our team and the client. The result was a reliable, efficient partnership that contributed to bringing a beautifully animated game to life.
